CoDE India - Digital Services Support Engineer
Your responsibilities
- 1st level product support and product feedback management
- Troubleshooting activities
- Development support and launching of services (new and incremental)
- Installation of Komax Connect (Gateway) at customer site(s)
- Customer training on Komax Connect
- Implementation of field tests
- Travel as necessary to customer site(s) – 10-20%
Your profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Profound IT knowledge
- Technical understanding of network and IoT environment
- Conceptional and analytical skills with implementation mindset
- Intercultural experiences
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proved record of problem solving, customer centric solutions and ability to work in a global cross-functional network
- Ability to decide, prioritize, and act promptly
